How to Claim a Warranty

  1. Email shoppeezze@gmail.com with your Order ID and a description (+ photos) of the defect.
  2. Our warranty team will respond within 24 hours with a resolution — repair, replacement, or refund.
  3. For appliances and large items, a technician may visit your UAE address for inspection at no charge.
  4. Confirmed warranty claims are resolved within 7 business days from claim approval.
