2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed at checkout via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, or Cash on Delivery. Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable VAT.

3. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. EzzeShoppe is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, public holidays, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is outlined in full on the Returns Policy page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
