14-Day Free Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item purchased on Ezze Shoppe for free within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and manuals.
- Items like personal care items, undergarments, and perishable grocery items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at shoppeezze@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Our courier partner will schedule a convenient pickup time at your address.
- Once the pickup is made, the product will be inspected at our fulfillment center.
Refunds Timeline
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. Card payments will be refunded to your card within 5 to 7 business days. For cash payments, we will transfer the funds to your bank account or issue store credit.
