Before You File a Claim
To help us process your request faster, please ensure you have the following ready:

Please Note: Claims for items damaged during transit must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from the purchase date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to ship the damaged/defective item back?
Yes. To process your claim, we require the original item to be returned to our warehouse for quality inspection. Once your initial claim form is reviewed, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions on how to send the item back.
When will my replacement or refund be issued?
Your replacement item will be shipped, or your refund processed, within 4 business days after our warehouse team receives and inspects your returned package. We will send you a confirmation email with new tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
Will I have to pay for the return shipping?
No, if your claim is approved for a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Ezze Shoppe will cover the cost of the return shipping by providing you with a prepaid label.
